The building belongs to the historic complex of the Main Railway Station; it was built in 1910. Until the end of World War II, this neo-gothic building was the seat of the railway inspectorate. Then a medical clinic was established here and it functioned until the beginning of the 21st century.
In the years 2010–2017 the building was renovated under the supervision of the Monument Conservator; hence, many elements have retained their original shape and character, e.g. the vault of the PG4 Brewery Restaurant, staircases and handrails.
